Cleans unpainted surfaces by removing dirt, grease, oil, wax etc. Also suitable for pre-treatment of hard and glossy paint surfaces prior to painting. Undiluted Maalipesu cleans the surface and generates a matt finish that improves adhesion of the new paint coat.

Latex and other matt paint surfaces can be pre-treated with diluted Maalipesu (1 part Maalipesu, 10 parts water or 1 part Maalipesu, 5 parts water). 

Maalipesu is especially suitable for cleaning very dirty surfaces, where strong dissolving power is needed without the adverse effects of solvents. Maalipesu is not recommended for washing a metal roof or used directly on unpainted galvanized surface.

A waterborne primer for interior painting of wooden, chipboard, wood fibre board and metal surfaces. Also suitable for repainting surfaces previously coated with an alkyd or acid catalysed paint.

Not suitable for repainting surfaces previously treated with nitrocellulose products.

Single pack solvent based adhesion primer suitable for priming and undercoating both new and previously painted surfaces. Otex adheres well to difficult substrates like glass, tiles, glass fibre, melamine, PVC-plastic, aluminium, zinc coated sheet metal and surfaces coated with alkyd and acid-curing paint. Suitable also for wood, wood fibre board, chipboard and metal surfaces in dry interior premises.

Otex Akva adheres well to difficult substrates like glass, tiles, glass fibre, melamine, PVC-plastic, aluminium, zinc coated sheet metal and surfaces coated with alkyd and acid-curing paint. Suitable also for wood, wood fibre board, chipboard and metal surfaces in dry interior premises. Not suitable for maintenance painting of surfaces painted with nitrocellulose lacquer.
